Good morning everyone, I feel like we’re almost where we were when I did the Friday recap so this should be a shorter one. The hg’s were getting ready to play the veto on Friday when I wrapped things up. To no ones surprise, MJ won the final veto for the season.

Rubina hung in there pretty well considering her much smaller reach. Ya, I know it’s a days comp but if you know the days, it comes down to a speed comp. Both MJ and Cam have a longer reach and that helps ALOT. Cam almost won it too. Now that we know for sure Cam would’ve taken MJ out, it’s crazy to think about. She came really close to getting 4th place.

After the comp, Cam was crushed. Not only has he had a hard time winning comps this season, this was the one he felt like he HAD to win. He needed to get rid of MJ this week, especially after losing the battle to keep Kimo.

They were all a little upset when they saw their surprise from BB was the small table. (I think they were told they would be getting something) I’m sure that’s not as fun as a food delivery or a party but alot of players are excited for the tiny table. It’s not the table, it’s what it represents. That seemed to go over their heads on Friday but they did eventually acknowledge they were sounding ungrateful.

Rubina gave herself a pep talk in the unicorn room after the comp. She really wanted to win it too. She probably doesn’t feel too bad because MJ already told her she made the final 3.

They also received some alcohol and the evening turned into a past hg bashing session. (Pretty normal, usually happens) With only 4 of them left, they also trash talked whichever one of them didn’t happen to be in the room at the time.

MJ told us what her plan was for the veto but she was changing her mic pack at the time. I didn’t hear one word of what she said. It didn’t matter because it became obvious last week during her hoh, she planned to keep Rubina and get rid of Cam. (I’m guessing that’s why she was saying)

She also got used to that HOH room after having it two weeks in a row. She isn’t ready to let go of it yet so she’s sleeping up there with Chelsie. I’m sure Chelsie doesn’t mind because this way, she can keep an eye on her. (No late night talks with Rubina)

She does look a little annoyed here. With all MJ’s rambling, Chelsie probably has to keep reminding herself, there’s 750k at stake.

On Saturday, Chelsie and MJ continued to play each other about the veto. They both conti ue to tell the other they don’t have a preference over who stays between Cam and Rubina. Right after saying that, they start making arguments for why the one they actually want should stay. MJ said she still hadn’t made her mind.

Translation:

I have made up my mind. You’re not going to like it so I’m gonna wait and tell you when there isn’t much time left.

They were given some cards, backgammon and other games to occupy their time. If Rubana had put this much effort into the game, maybe she’d be running things.

Chelsie paced the backyard and began working on a F2 speech. Recently, Chelsie downplayed it to MJ when MJ said she was worried about what she’d say. Chelsie even tried to convince her Monte gave a better speech than Taylor. (Hey, alls fair in BB so if it worked….)

By Sunday, MJ was fully into her comp-itis. I don’t know what else to call it, but she always gets it. Whether it’s the hoh or the veto, she has some kind of ‘itis.’ Because she’s won alot of comps, she thinks Cam and Rubina “don’t deserve to be there” since they haven’t been winning. (She’s the Jag of the season but in a blue Lululemon workout 2 piece)

MJ and Chelsie both say it but I think alot of Chelsie’s is just to encourage MJ to do it. (Chelsie knows MJ has an ego so she plays into it) They both talk about how they’ve carried Cam through the game but MJ is on another level with it! Now, MJ’s saying she’s carried both Cam and Rubina through the game. (She and Rubina haven’t worked together this season so I’m not sure how)

As for Cam, let’s fact check that one. Cam was nominated 1 time all season. (Not counting this week) It was by T’kor and he was a pawn. The 1 and only time he was on the block, he won the veto and took himself off. Can you name one time this season Cam was even mentioned as a target?

I can only think of 1 and it was way back in week 2. Quinn, who had talked about targeting Cedric, changed his mind after Cedric made a F2 with Quinn. After that, he made a couple comments to Kimo about maybe targeting Cam “sooner than later.” Cam put in some time with Quinn and quickly, that talk even stopped. Cam may not have a flashy game but he wasn’t targeted all season long. I’m not sure what MJ thinks she’s protected him from happening. She was on the block alot more than Cam and at times, was the target before it switched to someone else.

Anyway, back to Sunday. Cam talked to MJ about the veto. She told him she hadn’t made up her mind but said she was leaning towards keeping him. Cam pushed the loyalty angle and how they’d been working together for son many weeks. He also brought up the friends Rubina had on the jury. He said she already had 2 guaranteed votes. To no ones surprise, MJ said “I’m aware.”

MJ got to the real issue with Cam. She said she felt like he’d pick Chelsie over her. Cam wouldn’t go as far as Rubina and offer MJ the sacred Final 2 but he hinted at it. He said he knew his resume was lacking and that he’d need a big move to even have a chance. (He didn’t say it but insinuated that big move would be taking out Chelsie)

MJ and Cam hugging in case she evicts him. We may not see it again:

They’d saved some alcohol and did a little day drinking yesterday. It was their last day in the backyard.

Rubina walked around reminiscing about the summer. She laid in the hammock and talked about all the hammock conversations she had with people. She’s said the hammock always makes her think of T’kor. (They’re officially locked in the house until part 1 of the final hoh comp)

Chelsie worked on MJ some more. Chelsie did some work with Rubina too but doesn’t trust it the way she does with Cam. (She shouldn’t) Like MJ, Chelsie is lying about not caring who MJ evicts. She just does this thing where she agrees with MJ before pulling her to the decision Chelsie wants MJ to make.

Chelsie may have finally landed on an angle that worked. Along with MJ’s “they don’t deserve to be here” comments, she has another favorite. She’s started saying she doesn’t want them (Rubina and Cam) to “feel too comfortable.”

Chelsie’s started pointing out to MJ that Rubina is acting like she’s too comfortable. It may be working since MJ was annoyed Rubina hasn’t came to talk to her about the veto. MJ’s told Rubina she’s safe and said she’s made the F3 at least 2 times that I know about so what’s there to talk about? Regardless, the fact that they haven’t talked about it AGAIN is helping Chelsie get MJ to think “Rubina’s too comfortable.”

By last night, MJ was telling Chelsie she’s leaning towards keeping Cam. She said Rubina has an impressive resume (?) and said they can beat Cam. She also said she’d like to stay loyal to their 3. It’s not a done deal and there’s plenty of time for MJ to change her mind. For now though, it seems Chelsie’s (once again) told MJ’s brain what it thinks and her brain is going along with it.

MJ said she loves women but she’s not there for a womens cause and said that’s Rubina’s thing. (Not really) Chelsie reminded MJ recently that Rubina is only for a women’s alliance when she needs a vote. (True, just like all the other women this season)

There was the usual hg bashing between Chelsie and MJ before Bible study time. (Gotta get that out of the way first, I guess) Cam takes the brunt of it unless they go in on Angela or Leah.

I don’t know who needs to be warned but MJ gave us a warning. She said Angela can’t win AFP. She said, if Angela wins it, she’ll never play the game or ever set foot in the house again. (Oh noooo, what will we do if MJ doesn’t come back and win a bunch of comps again?)

Before going to bed, Chelsie clued MJ in on how the last veto works. She’d been expecting a veto meeting today. (They still may not know that nothing is probably happening before Thursday) Chelsie said she’d have to make her choice in front of Cam and Rubina. She said the reason for the DR was for anonymity and MJ is the only vote.

Rubina gave herself another pep talk and said she could still win the game.

Now, we just wait and watch too see if the things Chelsie is doing are going to work. It seems to be and going off past weeks with MJ, it probably will again. Of course, I don’t know that for sure so Rubina could still make the F3 over Cam.

Some Random Tidbits:

The jury got messages from home too.

This is Angela when she won 20k on Deal or No Deal:

I didn’t see it (thankfully) but it seems some footage was leaked this weekend. It was of Tucker and Rubina having sex in the hoh room. It wasn’t the brief feed we saw already before it cut. This was apparently footage that wasn’t on one of the 4 live cameras. That means, it had to be leaked from someone in production. I would have called it bullshit accept Hamsterwatch verified it was true. (I wonder if someone’s going to be looking for a new job this week)

Cam congratulating Chelsie on making it to the final 3:

MJ knows the deck of cards is missing 2 cards. She told Chelsie but she hasn’t told Rubina. She really does think Rubina “feels too comfortable.”

Chelsie gave MJ props for handling things so well this week. Chelsie said “your brain’s not even fully developed.” (Haha)

Quote from MJ: ” I’m leaning towards keeping Cam because I’m not gonna let somebody else’s voice depict what I do in the game.”

Have a great Monday everyone!
