Good morning, welcome to September! We’ve only got about 4 weeks left of BB for the season and no, they’re not any smarter than when the season began. I think it was about a month ago I said this was the dumbest cast (for game play) we’ve ever had and my opinion hasn’t changed.

Most of them will just tell everything to everyone. They don’t see a problem with openly stating “this is my number one.” They don’t mind telling other people who they’re targeting next or telling someone they’re going to use them as a pawn. I’m not singling Morgan out but last night, she said she doesn’t want to win the next hoh because she’s afraid she won’t get to play in the double. (Kind of like what she said about the wall comp) She’s on the block this week but doesn’t think she needs to compete for the next hoh?

We’ve got Kelley, who keeps getting burned by Vince but she wants to target Rachel. Sure, that may be a good idea now but Rachel’s been her only target since the game started. Rachel was her target when Rachel went to her and tried to work with her. (This was before Lauren and Ava were talking to her too) Rachel was her target the week Rachel was hoh and didn’t put Kelley on the block.

Kelley told Lauren their side had won 15 comps and the other side had only won 4 plus a stolen hoh. She said this to be bragging, but here’s the thing… that’s not really a flex.

If your side is winning most of the comps and still losing people every week, it means you suck strategically. Not only that, she’s counting block buster wins in the numbers. A lot of block buster wins just means you’ve been nominated a lot.

Lauren realized she couldn’t count on Vince anymore and wanted to change her game. What change has she made? She’s still working with Vince, still wants to target Rachel and is only talking to the same group of people as before.

Ava goes off vibes. Will doesn’t share important info and if he does, it’s usually after if would be helpful. Mickey considered not using the veto if she’d won it this week. Ashley tried to get Ava otb instead of herself (Nothing wrong with that) but she did it before counting her votes. She spent the weekend saying she had the votes to stay and realized maybe too late, Ava is her 4th vote.

Vince cries and has emotional breakdowns as a strategy. Morgan briefly got talked into using her veto on Vince and Keanu is still as delusional as ever. Rachel’s the best player this season but she’s not the best strategist we’ve ever seen.

Rachel also doesn’t have some returning player advantage like we’ve seen in the past. Except for being a have not and safety the first week, she hasn’t had any powers to keep her safe. She wasn’t put in a house with a bunch of Rachel fans the way Jesse was in BB11 or Paul was in BB19. She’s just playing with strategic idiots and her social game is alot better this time around. That’s it, she isn’t working any magic here.

There’s really only one thing to go over from the day and Steve’s already covered it in the last thread. It’s whether or not Morgan will use the veto on herself or Vince. As of now, she’s going to use it on herself.

After Rachel approached Keanu with the idea of making Lauren the replacement nom, Keanus wheels got to spinning. He said he wouldn’t do it but acknowledged it was the only sure way to make sure Vince stays this week. Rachel was saying it to keep Ashley off the block but she wasn’t wrong. Lauren’s the one person that could go on the block and be guaranteed to leave if she didn’t win the block buster.

Keanu told Lauren about Rachel’s proposal and said they don’t want her in jury. She already knows this because Vince told her last week.

Keanu told Vince about Rachel’s idea and he jumped on it, while pretending he couldn’t do that to Lauren. It didn’t matter because Keanu thinks he’s working with Lauren and won’t risk her going up. (He’s not working with Lauren)

However, Keanu did come up with a plan to trick Morgan into using her veto on Vince. He suggested they tell Morgan if she used the veto on Vince, Keanu would put Lauren up as a renom.

This happened on Saturday but the Morgan/Keanu talked happened yesterday evening. Once it was suggested, Morgan seemed to be considering doing it. It didn’t last long since she wanted to talk to a few people about it. (Keanu also suggested she not talk to anyone about it. Ya, I’ll bet!) Will wasn’t very helpful but Ashley told her it was a stupid idea. Ashley realized, Keanu could say whatever and still put Ashley otb anyway.

Vince pretended not to know about the plan in advance but he did. Morgan told Vince he’d have the same votes she did. She said Keanu could put up Lauren no matter how she used the veto. He spent the rest of the night trying to push Morgan back in the direction of using it on him. She spent the time counting votes and giving him pep talks for the block buster. He even woke her up around 4 am to talk about it some more. They were still up when I started writing the recap.

Morgan knows better but I actually thought she might do it. For me, it wasn’t just about the guarantee of saving Vince. I thought she might be blinded at the prospect of getting rid of Lauren this week.

Morgan’s going to take herself off the block today but part of me wanted it to happen for the fall out. I never heard Keanu or Vince talk about a plan for after the veto meeting. Well, Keanu did say once they did it, Morgan would be more loyal to them if she stayed. (???)

Keanu would’ve made an even bigger enemy out of Morgan and probably others if he tricked her. If you’re willing to do that, it needs to be for the benefit of your strongest ally. If Vince was his strongest ally, he should’ve never put him on the block.

Vince would have pretended not to know. Later, Keanu would have told everyone that Vince did know. Personally, I was looking forward to the mess!

Keanu told Lauren and Kelley about the plan. Neither of them seemed to think it was much of an idea. Kelley did ask why the plan didn’t include her going on the block though.

Morgan came to her senses but she probably hurt her standing in her alliance. They knew she was close to Vince but this showed them she’ll do almost anything to save him. She’s even said things like “I’ll die if Vince leaves” and “I’ll tear this house apart if he goes.” What she’s really telling them is she’ll choose Vince over them if they’re smart enough to see it.

Vince and Morgan after being nominated:

They’re already commenting on the long hugs and the amount of time Morgan and Vince spend together. (I love my kids, but I don’t think I’ve hugged them as much as Morgan and Vince hug) If Morgan’s not careful, Mickey may start looking like a better option to Rachel, Ashley and Will again. Mickey can’t be trusted but she also doesn’t have a Vince.

As expected, Ava’s heard people are trying to get her put up instead of Ashley. Keanu told her in an attempt to get her to vote his way this week. She wasn’t surprised Mickey was doing it. She said it was understandable if Ashley was doing it (trying to stay off the block) and seemed a bit bothered Rachel and Morgan were doing it. She also said Keanu may be lying about it too.

Kelley talked to Ava to try and get Ava to vote for Vince to stay. It turned into a conversation of Ava trying to get Kelley to keep Ashley over Vince. (Haha) It could easily change before Thursday but for now, Ava is planning on keeping Vince over Mickey and keeping Ashley over Vince.

Mickey started pushing for Ava to go up because similar to Ashley, she just assumed she had the votes before doing the math. Mickey wasn’t happy when Morgan pointed out she didn’t have the votes over Ashley. (Mickey’s assumed she had the votes over anyone) She’s actually pretty out of the loop lately. Morgan will keep Vince over Mickey and Ava, Rachel and Will may do it too. (That one’s still up in the air)

For some less important things, Kelley found out yesterday how the live feeds work. When she asked how we could hear their conversations, Lauren and Vince reminded her she was wearing a mic.

Maybe its a coincidence but Kelley was pretty quiet for hours after that little chat. Later, when she started shit talking Ashley, she stopped herself. She said something about how she was trying to do better. (Did Kelley realize she’s gonna have to give up her victim act after learning about the live feeds?)

Side note:

I saw in an interview where Rylie thought the live feeds were the Thursday live show. (That explains alot)

She even started making excuses for some of the things she’s said. First, she said she just likes stressing people out. She said she liked doing it in the house because it’s frowned on in the real world. (What the hell?) After thinking about it and maybe realizing “stressing people out” didn’t sound great, she changed it to poking. Now she’s saying she just likes to “poke at people.” (Ok, Rachel likes to poke back, get over it)

Rachel made Keanu lasagna Saturday before talking to him about putting Lauren on the block. Hey, it was worth a try!

For her appearance on Worst Cooks in America, she made a turkey lasagna with chocolate sauce. (That cant be real, right?) I found a clip on YouTube and took a screenshot.

This is sick Vince after going otb:

Rachel had to search for her wedding ring in the hot tub while Will narratated:

All is well, she found it:

Lauren and Ava made slop lollipops. Lauren took the cotton off qtips to use for the sticks:

Mickey told Rachel her hat was one of T’kor’s from her boutique. Later, people on Twitter found the same hat sold on Shein. (Oops!) Why lie about that?

Once again, I loved the costumes.

Vince had to be fed in bed after being put on the block. I swear, Morgan was one step away from doing the airplane to get him to eat:

Rachel suggested a 4 person alliance to Keanu with Morgan and Vince. She was only doing this in one last attempt to get Lauren on the block. Keanu called her on it too.

Lauren’s still mad and talking about people thinking she’s indecisive.

Morgan had to make due with fruit and drinks when she couldn’t find any M&M’s:

The Judges had a meeting where they sat around lying to each other:

Rachel apologized to Kelley since she has to fake nice with Keanu this week. She also watched them play chess for a bit while waiting to talk to Keanu:

Kelley’s new thing to go around and say on repeat is that she thinks Rachel is afraid of her. She keeps saying “it brings me joy that Rachel is afraid of me.” She also said “it brought me joy when Rachel raised her hand to get picked for veto but Keanu picked me.” She’s also full of joy because she said she has 10x as many friends in the house aa Rachel. (For someone so full of joy, she looks angry alot of the time)

Mickey kind of has a Marie Antionette thing going with her hair up:

Keanu said if he could pull off his veto move, he’d be like Dan Gheesling. Dan and I had the same reaction to this statement:

The veto meeting should be soon and Ashley is probably going otb after Morgan uses the veto on herself. I expect more crying, hugging and M&M’s the next couple of days. Have a great Monday.
