Big Brother 27 – Saturday Ramblings and Updates 9/27

Good afternoon, everyone!

Wow, I realized we haven’t posted since Thursday. I got hit with a nasty cold and honestly could only even update the live show from my bed with my phone (which is why no screenshots during that recap). It was a pretty brutal week, but I am feeling human again. Sure, a human who got hit by a train, but human.

As you know by now, Ashley and Morgan are going to square off in the final round, and it seems like there is a very real chance that any form of this trio could end up in the final 2 chairs. That is because Ashley can absolutely win round 3 just as Morgan can, and if either win, they may take someone different.

It’s kind of a weird situation in the house right now as Vince and Morgan have all the comp wins, and one isn’t playing in the final round. That rarely happens as the competitors almost always win the first two rounds and then decide between their friend or the floater.

However, right now, Morgan is seriously considering taking Ashley whom she thinks she can beat. She told Vince last night that she is 50/50 on who to take. And if she is saying that to him, that means she’s probably really 80/20. There is no way she’d tell him if she was actually 50/50. Just not worth the Vinnie crash out. She told him to get him fully prepped that it is a very real possibility, so that she may keep his vote.

Meanwhile, Ashley has a tough choice. If she takes Morgan, she’s just handing away the game. If she takes Vinnie, she does have a solid chance at winning. So, I am almost certain that Ashley would take Vinnie, which (imo) would be the worst-case outcome because Morgan deserves to win by a long shot. Seeing her in third place would be like Vanessa from BB17.

Let’s take the scenarios and count the votes:

Morgan wins and takes Vinnie:

(p) = probably. Chances are almost certain
(m) = maybe. More of a coin flip

• FOR Morgan: Ava, Rachel, Will, Ashley, Keanu (p), Kelley (p)
• FOR Vinnie: Lauren

If Kelley and Keanu flip, Morgan still wins.

Morgan wins and takes Ashley:

• FOR Morgan: Vinnie, Keanu, Kelley, Lauren, Ava (p)
• FOR Ashley: Rachel (m), Will (p)

Morgan gets 5-7 votes and wins pretty easily

Ashley wins and takes Vinnie:

• FOR Ashley: Rachel, Will, Ava (p)
• FOR Vinnie: Morgan, Lauren

This is the only situation I can’t even put a maybe on Kelley or Keanu. I honestly have no clue how bitter they are. Under normal situations, Vinnie wins easily, but man they are both still very upset at him. Keanu will PROBABLY use his ‘forgive’ and go with Vinnie, which leaves Kelley as the pure split vote. Yikes. There is a slight chance Ava votes for Vinnie, but I’m just not sure of that, either.

So, if Morgan wins round 3, there is basically a 95% chance she wins by taking Ashley and 75% with Vinnie

If Ashley wins and takes Morgan, she probably loses. If she takes Vinnie, it’s really around 50/50

I will also say, this is easily the most entertaining final 3 we have had in a long time. Despite me not posting here, I am still watching and Vinnie has been going through some serious shit. He is having a really hard time after being told Morgan may take Ashley, so he has been mostly miserable. Hard to blame him when he made so many moves for Morgan only to potentially get cut. Ouch.

They have the back yard which is rare, so last night they were in the hot tub for most of the night and I mean that. I think they were there until 5-6am soaking in the last bit of Big Brother experience.
