Big Brother 26 – Wild Monday Recapped (updated 8/7)

I have been blogging about this show since Big Brother 13 which means 14+ seasons (if you count BBOTT and Celeb) and this is the first time I’ve ever had to have a ‘nom/pov’ in the header. Usually I erase the nom when they win the veto because 10x out of 10, they use it on themselves… until Tucker comes along.

Well, Marcellas did it in season 3 and it blew up in his face. I think Paul also convinced Matt to save Jason instead of himself so they can backdoor Cody, but I think I blocked that season out of my memory.

So let me start with the plan – Tucker came up with a plan to save Angela and renom Quinn because he found out Quinn had the power and wanted to get it out of the game. He was confident he could beat him in the AI area which is why he volunteered all of this. However, many of Cedric’s allies wanted him to nominate MJ because she had the power so they could flush that out.

Now keep in mind, there are no flashbacks and feeds go down a lot, so I’m trying to give you the info the best I know. But Tucker told Cedric he was still doing the plan, but Cedric told people close to him that he’s still nominating MJ to flush out the power. Now, from what I gather, during the meeting, Tucker used the veto on Angela and then called out Quinn for having a power. Cedric, however, still nominated MJ who indeed used her power to take herself off the block.

Feeds came back and they were still talking about it. Tucker kept repeating how he thinks Quinn is a great player and that was a strict game move. Cedric mostly remained quiet but played a bit of denial.

Now, I had to step out shortly after feeds, but my buddy Summer gave me a play by play and I’m just going to copy and paste it

Tucker: Quinn is good at this game and he lied to me and we were in an alliance
Cedric: I think this is the best narrative so there are no rumors
Cedric: We are on the same page
Tucker wasn’t warned and didn’t use Veto on himself
MJ & Tucker are talking in workout room – Telling MJ everything
Tucker to MJ: Cedric you lied to me. You did worse than Quinn
MJ: He has a target on his back now from me
Tucker: Kenney said he didn’t tell him either
Now all hg know about both powers
Now Angela is going off on Quinn in the kitchen
feeds cut to protect Angela (grrr)
Outside – Tucker can’t believe Cedric blindsided them
Kenney said Angela is bringing up stuff from a while ago to Quinn
Kitchen: Angela walking away. MJ said take your Veto
Backyard is talking about all of Quinn’s alliances (Tucker, Kenney, Leah, Joseph)
Leah: I’m not in an all girl’s alliance if there is one
Tucker: If I didn’t win I was going home
Leah: it’s not his (Cedric) HoH. Someone is telling him what to do
Rubina, T’kor & Joseph on balcony.
T’Kor: I don’t like how Tucker address the issue
Tucker Joins
Tucker says Cedric wanted his hands clean and that’s why I volunteered to be put OTB
Tucker leaves
Joseph & Rubina think Tucker will win AI
(time passes)
Tucker: Cedric is a lying scumbag
Cam : I want to win with competing
Tucker: it doesn’t mean: oh, let me stab this person in the back
Cam: truthfully if Quinn goes up he isn’t getting voted out
Tucker: he has lied to everyone
Cam: it’s you or Kenney (leaving)
Tucker: you name one season they didn’t use it. What about the other 25 seasons
Cam now I think Angela was telling the truth
Tucker: Quinn banged his hand on the counter when he was talking to Angela in the kitchen
Tucker: I think Kenney knew what Cedric was going to do
Tucker: I didn’t care if we had the numbers I was going through with the plan

Okay, so things settle for a bit, but that wouldn’t stay long as Tucker is still a bit worked up that Cedrick didn’t follow through on nominating Quinn.

Now I’m going to do my own transcribing from tonight’s argument with Tucker and Ced. Keep in mind that I only recorded one camera so I’m at the mercy of that

Tucker, Cam, and Chelsie in the bedroom talking
Tucker: Can you believe that Kenney is trying to deny knowing anything now
Tucker re-tells how he didn’t care about the numbers

They both say the plan to Chelsie who claims to believe them
Cam says he is clear now he is no longer lying, so Tucker makes him confirm that he knew Angela was coming off the block
Cam says yes and Tucker says he hears otherwise
Cedric enters the room
Tucker: Hey Cedric why are you telling people I’m a liar?
Cedric plays dumb so Tucker keeps trying to get him to say it.
Tucker says ‘so you’re not telling people that you didn’t know I was taking Angela off?’
Cedric denies but Tucker says he heard it from multiple people
Cedric re-tells his side how he told Tucker not to use the veto (on Angela I guess), but he used the veto
Tucker says ‘no, you said we didn’t have the numbers and I said fk the numbers
Cedric pulls a ‘watch it back’

Tucker says ‘you said we dont’ know the numbers. Who is ‘we’? I’m up there risking my ass for you bro. All you had to say was that you were nominating Quinn because he doesn’t talk game with you so what happened?
C: What do you mean what happened?
T: You blindsided the fk out of me, bro
C: I said use the veto on yourself
T: No you DID NOT! (raises voice)
C: I swear when we watch it back
T: Even if I did say that I don’t remember but it doesn’t matter because I told you we had a plan and you had nothing to worry about
Cedric keeps denying it

Tucker tells him that he’s gunning for him now. He’s now Tucker’s #1 target
Tucker keeps saying about he didn’t care about the numbers
Cedric keeps saying he said to use the veto on himself and Tucker is really raising his voice “No you didn’t, dawg. If you did why wouldn’t I use the veto on myself??
Why the FK would I stay up there?
They chat for a little then Tucker tells him to go spread his lies some more and digging his FKn grave because I’m coming back from that AI area and I’m going to bust your ass
Cedric: I hope so
Tucker: I hope so too, the truth will prevail, mother fker
Cedric: We’re going in circles
Tucker: Don’t talk to me for the rest of the week (he later said he regretted that)
Cedric leaves

So that was that. They then spend the next few hours re-telling everyone.
