Good afternoon, everyone!

We’ve done it! We are now at the point of the season where every day will be the last ‘soanddo’ of the season! Today, it’s the final Monday of the season! Last week was the final Monday veto meeting, but today is the last Monday of the season. Maybe now I can pay attention in my Monday work meetings better lol

Before I begin, I want to say that if you’re in Florida, please be safe. Don’t be a hero and try to stick things out if you don’t have to. Obviously, for some people it’s just not that easy, but if you do live in the Tampa area and have a place to go for a few days, please do it! If you can’t leave, please be sure to stock up on emergency supplies and write down some phone numbers of emergency agencies in the (hopefully unlikely) event you’ll need them.

Back to Big Brother –

There really isn’t a whole lot to talk about, so I like to analyze what some people can do to win the game, and today I’ll choose relatively quick options – those remaining on the block. Rubina and Cam.

Here is how they can still win the game –

  • Accept you’re not going to win the game. The only chance you had is if either of you won veto and somehow managed to sit in the F2 chair against each other. But the fact that you’re guaranteed to sit next to MJ or Chelsie means you lost. Don’t be sad, it happens. 15 people per season lose.
  • Tell MJ and Chelsie that you know you don’t have a shot, but you’d still like some of that sweet second place money, so it’s in their best interest to to keep you and pull you to the end. This could literally be for either Rubina or Cam, so whoever makes the more convincing pitch I guess gets it.

And that’s it! Sure, it may not be $750k, but it’s still a nice chunk of change to go home with. Plus, it certainly beats finishing third.

I know that I should be serious, but unfortunately, I am. Once MJ locked in the veto with Chelsie locking in HoH, that guaranteed them 2 of the 3 final spots and also guaranteed at least one of them will be in one of the final 2 chairs. MJ has the comp side of the game completely locked up, and Chelsie has her HoH wins and a huge strategic side of the game locked. You can give the best speech since JFK, but your resume just isn’t strong enough to convince 7 people to ignore your weak comp and strategic games over two powerhouse opponents.

The fact that neither MJ nor Chelsie have been evil makes it the impossible even harder. Sure, if you’re facing off against a comp beast who managed to alienate most of the jury (Paul), there is some wiggle room. But, MJ and Chelsie both played the jury well enough to overlook any backstab or betrayals.

Alright, actually, Rubina does have a tiny tiny tiny chance and that’s if she’s sitting against MJ. She can easily get T’Kor and Kimo’s vote, so she’d need to work for 2 votes out of Leah, Quinn, and Angela. Not impossible. Extremely hard? Yes. Impossible? No. MJ screwed over Leah and by extension Angela when she decided to go with the Chelsie / Cam trio over them.

So, Rubina would have to tap into her friendships as well as somehow convince Leah and Angela to once again be mad at what MJ did nearly a month ago (by then). All in a very brief Q&A and final pitch segment that probably gives her 2-3 minutes of speaking time total.

Cam? Well he has no chance. Zero. Not only has he done nothing in the game, but he never even really built close friendships with anyone outside of the 2 he’d be in the final 3 with. He has zero locked in votes and would somehow need to convince 4 people that he played a better game than MJ or Chelsie. Not happening.

So there you have it… MJ or Chelsie have about 99% chance to beat Rubina and 100% chance to beat Cam. MJ’s only decision right now is to decide between who has a better chance at not only winning round 3 of the HoH, but then taking her over Chelsie. Cam is far more likely to beat Rubina in the comps, but he’s also more likely to take Chelsie should he win.

The only thing this will all really just come down to is that MJ or Chelsie need to win that final round and take whatever leftover is still around to the final 2 and cruise to victory. If they take each other, that will be an incredibly tough decision which I will go over later in the week.

MJ vs Chelsie in the final 2 will require an extensive breakdown of each jury member

Chelsie comes up to the HOH.

Cam tells her she has been asleep for 4 hours. Rubina hid behind the bed and jumped out to scare her. Success!
