Big Brother 26 – Thursday Updates 10/3

Good afternoon, everyone!

It’s Thursday in the Big Brother house and that means it’s eviction night, baby!

Who will be evicted? Well, in what seemed like a sure thing throughout the week that Kimo would be leaving, Cam has had a last minute change of heart and wants to keep him. Chelsie has decided to go along with it because it really seems to make no difference to her but MJ wants to keep Rubina, so there will be a little bit of tension there.

I’m actually a bit surprised that Chelsie has decided to go along with this as Kimo is just simply the bigger threat overall. I put out the tier list a few days ago, and Rubina / Cam are near the bottom. Rubina is really the only person Cam has a shot at beating, yet he wants her to go to jury instead of Kimo? What? Does he really even understand the dynamics of the house?

The biggest surprise is Chelsie as she is relying heavily on a comp win this week and Kimo is the bigger comp threat over Rubina. Now, not by a ton, but enough so that there is a real chance that Kimo can win a memory / days style trivia comp while Rubina virtually has no chance. Socially, Kimo or Rubina is a coin flip for Chelsie. She will destroy either if she sits next to them in the final 2, so that doesn’t matter at all. Even still, in the super rare event that Rubina is the one picking the final 2, she may be gullible enough to fall for the girls final 2 and still bring Chelsie.

So, if Rubina leaves tonight, this was a bad move by C&C. Will it be enough to cost Chelsie the game? Pretty unlikely. It’s a bad move, but it’s not a huge bad move. This is a ‘lesser of two evils’ situation, but neither option is a deadly one for Chelsie. For Cam? Yea. He has no shot against Kimo in the final 2. But Chelsie? Nah.

To be fair, Cam virtually has no shot in the final 2 against anyone so in the end it really doesn’t matter what he does.
