Good morning, There’s a new hoh and the nominations have been decided. Here’s the Wednesday & Thursday recap with the HOH spoiler below too.

Wednesday feeds:

T’kor campaigned on Wednesday but it was a mid level effort at best. She hadn’t had to do it before plus I don’t think it occurred to her she’d ever be in danger. She simply wasn’t prepared to do it. I don’t think it was arrogance that made her feel safe. If people tell you enough that no one will ever vote you out, maybe you start to believe it. Because she’s a recruit, she didn’t see the danger in having such a tight 3 out in the open.

I actually felt bad for her when she began campaigning because she met with Angela first. T’kor was doing the whole ‘I have alot more to show’ and ‘I want the experience’ routine. Angela came back with real and tough questions. T’kor wasn’t remotely prepared for it.

She got the same thing from Cam. She talked about the same generic stuff and he was all like ‘did you try to get me on the block this week?’ Again, someone had some real game related questions for her. T’kor, who is one of “the good people” and “playing an honest game” (according to Rubina and T’kor) lied to Cam and said it wasn’t true. This changed things for Cam IF she was telling the truth.

On Tuesday night, MJ and Cam told Chelsie they wanted to evict T’kor. Chelsie had been MIA all day over her jealousy with the Cam situation. For the first time, except when Cedric went home, she was out of the loop. Chelsie agreed and said ok. (Y’all didn’t believe that tho, right?)

MJ needed a new cuddles since Cam was off limits:

By Wednesday morning, Chelsie got back to work. She told Cam that Leah made up T’kor suggesting Cam as a renom. She also said Leah was spreading lies trying to split up Cam, Chelsie and MJ. Cam said T’kor was close to Chelsie but not to him. She disagreed and said people only thought they were close because Tucker started saying it. (Not true) Chelsie’s logic was ‘no, we’re not close to T’kor but we need to keep her.’ (Red flag Cam!) After this talk and Cam chatting with T’kor, Cam had been flipped back to keeping T’kor. (Maybe?)

MJ told Cam, keeping T’kor was good for Chelsie but not for them. She was still going to vote her out. Cam said he agreed with MJ too. (We didn’t know what he wanted to do and I’m not sure he did either at this point)

He helped Angela TP Leah instead of worry about the vote:

Chelsie planted seeds all day with everyone about Leah too. Basically, everything that’s happened all week and all season was somehow Leah’s fault. (Sorry Leah, you made this so easy for her) Along with the lies about Leah being the one talking about the cuddling, she claimed Leah tried to make final 2’s with both Cam and Chelsie. (Also lies) The entire house was ready to target Leah except Angela and probably MJ. (MJ’s said she wants Leah gone, she just can’t be the one to do it)

Leah woke up and caught them:

When Chelsie tried the same lines with MJ as she’d used on Cam, MJ didn’t bite. MJ still wanted T’kor gone so Chelsie realized she had to concede. (It’s almost like someone having a tantrum with a cot and ignoring Cam and MJ for a day, gave them time to think for themselves)

Chelsie WAS successful in convincing Cam and MJ that Leah is the one who talks all the time about MJ and Cam cuddling tho. She’d had a seperate talk with MJ about it and MJ said she’d make sure it stopped. (If she couldn’t do it thru Cam, she’d do it thru MJ)

Chelsie, knowing she’d lost the week, went to Rubina to make up for lost time. She fed Rubina a bunch of BS about wanting her to stay too. (She wanted Rubina to know, MJ needed to share that credit for trying to keep Rubina. Haha)

Rubina had actually gone to Chelsie to campaign. She didn’t want to at first, since she knew Chelsie and T’kor were close. Turns out, she didn’t have to campaign because the entire convo was Chelsie bashing Cam and Leah. (for different reasons)

With Chelsie losing another one of her game pieces, she talked to Angela too. She pumped Angela up about making a good winner and blah, blah, blah. (Just making sure ole Ang wouldn’t put her otb next week)

Rubina had a head start on T’kor since she’d began campaigning Tuesday. (With a little push from Angela) Angela told Rubina she needed to tell Kimo about T’kor wanting to save her over Kimo. Rubina was relunctant but she did it. She phrased it like it was something Angela told her but acted like she didn’t know if it was true. (She knew it was true) I get it, for besties, it was an awkward thing to say. For someone so self-righteous about the game, Rubina didn’t have a problem throwing T’kor under the bus when it came down to it.

However, I do believe these 3 will remain great friends after the season. They were so close, they didn’t even need an alliance name. The other hg’s simply called them “The Trio.”

The trio hung out together for the last time in the BB house. (Backyard) They hugged, cried and said all the things to each other. All 8 of them sang their Big Brother song too for their last night in Jankie World.

The night ended with Cam trying to talk to Chelsie about the vote. Every time he’d start, someone else would join them. He was the deciding vote and once again, we headed into a Thursday, not knowing who was leaving.

This is Cam listening to one of Leah’s stories they last evening in Jankie World:

They also had to give back all their emotional support stuffed animals, even Joseph:

Wednesday episode:

I don’t have alot to mention except it was a good one. Did Leah throw the Jankie Veto challenge? (It looked like it) I don’t know but like she said, she’s our Jankie Queen.

I thought Angela and Leah coming out of the port-a-potty’s for the veto meeting was hilarious.

T’kor going on the block wasn’t. Sure, she was too confident but it’s not fun to see people cry.

Thursday feeds:

The feeds were down alot on Thursday so there isn’t much to recap. We’ll never know how it happened exactly but Cam decided he agreed with MJ. Chelsie told Kimo that T’kor would be leaving. She asked him not to tell her early so it wouldn’t ruin her day.

Rubina found out the shirt she cut up was meant doe Kimo. It was the only 2x they had so he didn’t get one. She apologized when she found out and said she didn’t know. (Wouldn’t you ask to make sure everybody had one before cutting it up? I guess not)

Thursday episode:

It was obvious T’kor knew ahead of time because when the live show began, they all looked like they were at the funeral. T’kor also looked like she knew who was going.

Al her good bye messages were kind and I’m sure the ones we didn’t see were too.

Even when people are sad on eviction night, there’s always the usual excitement when Julie first pops on the screen. (It wasnt there last night) They all really do like T’kor and I think the sadness was sincere. Like I said in the last recap, T’kor had great social relationships that were natural. I don’t think it was intentional so I can’t call it a “social game.” (Imagine what she could’ve done if she’d tried to hang out with more than 3 people?)

People just loved being around T’kor and she must have alot of charisma. I think she’s one of those hg’s we get occasionally where that charisma doesn’t come thru the screen. It’s something you only get if you’re with them in person. I don’t mean it in a bad way because I liked T’kor and enjoyed her most of the time. (I didn’t enjoy the ‘we’re the good people’ routine she and Rubina had going all week) That’s common with recruits so it’s annoying but not surprising.

I’ll remain impressed with her crochet creations:

T’kor was evicted and so we move on to another week. (It was a little sad watching T’kor walk thru an empty house to see Julie and past the comp set up she wouldn’t be playing in) Next week may be a fun one since we know zingbot is coming, along with the double eviction. We got the announcement from Julie.

The episode ended with the start of a puzzle comp. We’ve seen this one done before and it’s usually a veto comp. I like the setup for it with them in separate rooms. I liked how they couldn’t see how everyone else was doing. The only thing I was curious about was if they each had a timer they could see or if they had to guess at the time. (They had 1 hour to do it)

Cam’s strategy made me laugh as the episode ended last night. Hopefully, he came up with a different method later.

Leah finally got the hoh room if only for a little while. Am I the only one who wants Leah to wear her plastic crown when she’s evicted?

Thursday night feeds:

When the feeds came back, MJ had won the hoh. (Sounded like Rubina was 2nd, with Kimo in 3rd, not positive)

MJ plans to nominate Kimo and Angela. When they were in the backyard, she said she would nominate Kimo and Rubina and only put Angela up if one of them won the veto. Either her talks this week with Rubina worked on her or Chelsie got in her head. (Or playing well only lasted a week?) I’m not sure because Chelsie was talking like they should get rid of Leah and keep Angela around for a while. I even laughed when I heard Chelsie say “I think we can control Angela more.”

Since MJ’s made it clear, she doesn’t want to be the one to put Leah up, Chelsie may have switched gears. Like when Quinn left, if she wasn’t taking Leah out, she at least wanted to take away a number from her. The problem is, this is taking a number away from MJ too.

I’d just complimented MJ in the last recap for finally playing for herself. She held firm about the T’kor vote. She knew keeping her only helped Chelsie. It was short lived because Angela is her target this week.

She’s told everyone except Leah and Leah thinks Angela is the pawn. MJ told everyone else that Kimo is the pawn. Leah tried to talk her out of putting Angela up but MJ thinks she can smooth it over with her. (Hahaha) Leah said Angela is a number for MJ too.

I don’t think she cares because it gets worse. MJ said (not to Leah) she wants it just be a split vote and she wants to break the tie to evict Angela. (Why???)

Chelsie was occupied with picking up Kimo and Rubina. (She’s their new leader) The 3 of them got teary eyed over losing T’kor.

Angela listened to MJ’s music not knowing what’s about to happen.

Some Random Tidbits:

I’d missed Leah and Angela naming their final 2 the Lorraine’s. It’s both their middle names. (I know, I know, “The Karens” is a missed opportunity for them)

MJ told Angela she had Kimo in her pocket. Angela tried not to laugh when MJ explained why. MJ said Angela used the veto to save Kimo but…MJ used one to save Angela and that’s the only way Angela was still here to use one on Kimo. (It was like her logic the week Tucker left. She claimed credit for getting Tucker out. She said it was her move because if she hadn’t won AI Arena, they couldn’t have done it)

Quotes:

MJ to Kimo and Rubina last week about Leah and Angela: “We’re up against a bimbo and a grandma next week.”

Leah talking about the fiber gummies: “Should we just eat all of them and see what happens?”

T’kor about people playing the game selfishly: “They’re just thinking about how to get themselves further in the game.” (Well, no shit!)

Angela to Rubina after Rubina said she and Tucker could take things slow: “I wouldn’t take it slow. I’d go to town.” (Haha)

They have the backyard again in its usual state so life is back normal, at least BB normal. The nomination meeting will be later today and hopefully it won’t be a let down. Let the fireworks begin and have a fantastic weekend!
